1098-T Notice for Tax Year 2024:
Beloit College has issued 1098-T’s for Tax Year 2024. All tax forms were mailed to the students’ home address on file or delivered electronically. Forms are available electronically if you have not received a mailed copy.
Please contact our office with any questions or concerns you have regarding your student account. You are welcome to email, call, or set up an appointment to speak with a representative from our office.

Location
The Bursar’s Office/Cashier is located in Pearsons Hall on the 2nd Floor. You will find entrances at the ground level on either side. Our handicap entrance is located in the back of the building on the west side.
Student Financial Records Release Form
Due to Federal student privacy regulations (FERPA), Beloit College can only discuss financial account information with you, the student. If you want to allow others to access and discuss your student financial records with Beloit College, please complete the Student Financial Records Information Release Form.
